How will my package be sent?
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post. All orders are sent in discreet packaging to stop anyone from guessing what’s inside the parcel or who it’s from. Most orders will be dispatched with heavy duty Jiffy bags which offer maximum protection during transit. Some orders may be sent in secure cardboard boxes depending on the specific order type.
What will be written on my package?
Your delivery name and address will be provided and Cherry Banana’s discreet return address. At no time will there be any reference to Cherry Banana or any reference to the type of products you’ve bought. Cherry Banana value your privacy and your delivery will always be discreet.
How to return a faulty product?
Once you have received communication and approval from a Cherry Banana staff member, send the damaged product back to Cherry Banana at the following address: PO BOX 2049, Wollongong DC, NSW, 2000, Australia
Are you returning items from outside Australia?
For international customers, Cherry Banana do ask that you pay for returns shipping, but if your product was faulty, they will reimburse your postage costs along with your refund, or when they send you a replacement item. Make sure you contact them before sending back any faulty products.
