Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. They ship Internationally.
What are the delivery times?
Most orders will be shipped from their distribution center in Siloam Springs, AR within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Please allow up to 1 extra business day for orders containing personalized products. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Expedited and next day shipping orders will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm CST. If received after that time the order will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is only available upon request and requires additional fees. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Can I cancel the order?
Due to the quick processing time at their distribution center, they are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date.
