What is DealExtreme’s shipping policy for DealeXtreme?
DealExtreme offers different shipping methods. Customers get to choose any of the following shipping method: standard, expedited and super savings.
Supersaver shipping is available for orders worth less than $15 and deliveries are made in 14 to 30 days.
Standard airmail is used on orders above $15 and these are also given tracking number with deliveries made within 14 to 21 days.
With expedited shipping, numerous couriers are used, including EMS, TOLL, TNT and DHL.
Deliveries are quite fast, usually within a week. You can also track all your orders using the above shipping methods with tracking numbers supplied via email upon acceptance of your order.
What is DealExtreme’s Refunds, exchanges and returns policy at DealeXtreme?
Most products sold on DealExtreme have a product warranty and you will be able to get a refund or to exchange your item. If you are unsatisfied with the product that has been sent to you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
DealExtreme doesn’t offer a full refund, and only 80% will be refunded with 20% begin retained as the restocking fee. If the product delivered has a third-party error, DealExtreme will not be held liable. Products need to be returned within their warranty period.
How long does it take for orders to get sent?
Items that are in stock are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Items that are unavailable will be placed on backorder and ships within 7-10 business days.
Can I choose to ship the available items first?
No. If the products you buy are from the same seller, all products will be shipped in the same package, except for products that have selected Nocnoc service.
