Am I locked into a Dinner Twist subscription?
Not at all! (...and you never will be!)
Most of Dinner Twist’s customers pick the subscription option to save time. This way your delicious Dinner Twist box will show up each week or fortnight without any hassle or follow up. You can easily swap your box or preferences, cancel your account or pause your deliveries online at any time. Just make sure to make any changes by Wednesday midnight prior to delivery, or Dinner Twist may require a $15 late change fee.
How do I pay Dinner Twist?
When you subscribe to Dinner Twist, your credit card details are taken on the final stage of your website subscription. Payments are processed Thursday midnight (early Friday morning) the week before your Dinner Twist delivery is due. If your payment has failed, you will receive an SMS on Friday with the option to update card details, recharge your credit card or you will need to contact Dinner Twist if you need to cancel (Please note, cancellations after Wednesday midnight, you will incur a late cancellation fee).
Do I get to choose which meals I get from Dinner Twist?
At Dinner Twist, your meals are set for the week. When planning menus Dinner Twist minimise waste by incorporating your fresh ingredients across your weekly meals. The passionate recipe team work hard on ensuring the meals are always exciting with plenty of variety each week.
