Can I change my delivery address once my order is placed?
As soon as your order is placed it goes though their processing system. Once you know you would like the address changed. Please contact their Customer Care Centre on 13 13 49 to change your address. They will be able to advise if the item has already been processed to ship. If so, the order delivery address will not be able to be changed (as it is already in the process of dispatch).
Do you ship internationally?
Electrolux ships to addresses Australia-wide, including regional areas. Unfortunately, they do not ship to New Zealand or other international countries.
What is the standard time it takes to ship an order?
Standard delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days. If your delivery exceeds this time; log into your account here, to view the status of your order. Alternatively, get in contact with their Customer Care Centre on 13 13 49 to speak to one of their representatives.
