Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been dispatched, if you did not receive a tracking number, you may have entered in your email address incorrectly. In this case, you can contact them for shipping updates/tracking information.
They aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or ordered an incorrect item, please contact them within 60 minutes of submitting your order. You must tell them your Order Number, and the specific changes you require. They will always do their best to help, but it depends on the status of your order. Once your order has been processed, they are unable to make any changes.
For online purchases, items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging, with options for exchange or refund. Faulty goods due to manufacturing can also be exchanged or refunded. Full-price items bought online can be returned in-store, while sale items must be returned via post to the online store, with return shipping costs applicable. Purchases from the clearance category are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products bought from The Iconic or MySale must follow their respective returns policies for exchanges or refunds, and cannot be returned to Freelance stores unless purchased directly from their website.
All parcels dispatched require a signature upon delivery. However, if you are unable to sign for your parcel, Australia Post gives you the option to grant authority to leave the parcel in a safe area (this is actioned by Australia Post, and not Freelance Shoes . Please note that they are not responsible for lost parcels).
