Girlfriend Collective accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
Where do you ship?
They currently offer to ship to the US and Australia. They are also available worldwide via nordstrom.com. They use USPS to ship within the US. Because of this, they can ship to any address that USPS recognizes. This includes PO Boxes, US territories, and military bases.
If you live in Australia, they use your local shipping carrier, Australia Post.
Why does my order need to go through customs?
In order to limit the distance your items travel and avoid extra CO2, they keep their goods consolidated in Asia, then ship out from there. (Rather than shipping everything from their SA8000 certified factory in Vietnam to the US, then shipping it yet again to all the places they are not available.)
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Because they do their best to fulfill every order as soon as possible, they are unable to make changes to order details, including address changes. If you need to change anything, please email [email protected] as soon as you can and they will do their best to accommodate changes before your order processes. Please note that if you’ve already received your shipping confirmation email, they are unable to make any changes. They recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to update your shipping address information if needed.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1-4 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you’re in the US, your order will arrive within 7-10 business days after it ships depending on customs.* If you’re in AK, HI, PR, or a US military base, your order may take an additional 2-4 weeks. If you are in Australia, your package will arrive 8-12 days after it ships.
When will I receive my exchange order?
Your exchange order will be placed once your request is confirmed and will arrive within our usual 7-14 business days, from the day your order is processed and shipped, depending on where you’re located and on customs.
When will I get my refund?
Once they have received your items, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. They will send you an email when their team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
What is your return policy?
They gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once they receive your return and verify the quality, they process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. Please note all promotional purchases, such as items purchased during their Treat Yourself promotion, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
