How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed either online or via phone. You can place an order online by adding items to your shopping cart and then progressing to checkout. You can also place an order via a phone call. Call Go Lights on 1 300 798 220 between 8:30am-5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
What are my payment options?
There are several payment options that customers can use:
Credit Card –Go Lights Currently accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When processing credit cards’ payments, Go Light do not charge any processing fees.
PayPal –Customers can use their paypal account to pay for goods instantly.
Bank Deposit –Bank details are shown to customers if this option is selected at checkout.
AfterPay –Limited to purchases under $1000
Zip Money –Available for orders up to $10,000. You can pay on your own terms via Zip Money.
Can I make any changes once my order is submitted?
Yes, you can. Just send an email with your order number and items you would like to change, and Go Lights team will amend your order.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Delivery time frames vary for different products, brands and your location. It usually takes from 4-7 days to have your ‘in-stock’ items delivered. If you request faster shipping, you should contact the Go Lights team for further assistance.
