How do I make a booking?
Booking a homestay is easy:
Search for your destination, travel dates and number of guests
The homestays that fit your search criteria will be listed for you
Choose a homestay, then choose a room
Contact the host to check their availability
Complete your booking
Why didn’t I receive any text or email notification?
Check your notifications settings as notifications from Homestay.com could be opted out in your account.
Make sure that you entered your correct e-mail address and your correct phone number. If you have changed your phone number or your e-mail address, please let them know at [email protected] and they will change your email address and/or your phone number.
Check your spam folder. If you find any messages from Homestay.com in your spam folder, remove them from your spam listing and add [email protected] to your email’s personal contacts.
What does ‘visited and verified’ mean?
Any homestay which is tagged ‘visited and verified’ on Homestay.com means it has been visited and inspected by one of their approved Local Partners. The Local Partner will have verified that the homestay exists and that the profile listed is as described. They will also have verified the host’s identification. Please note, Homestay.com does not visit or verify in person any homestays listed on the Homestay.com website.
How does Homestay.com address trust and safety?
The safety of our hosts and guests is our number one priority. Any hosts that are connected with a Local Partner are visited by them before being listed on Homestay.com. Please note, Homestay.com does not visit or verify in person any homestays listed on the Homestay.com website.
