About MathsOnline

MathsOnline is Australia’s number ONE Online Maths Teacher. It is a place where your kids will learn at their own pace, not somebody else’s. MathsOnline gives kids a chance to catch up, to keep up, and to move ahead. Through the tutorials that MathsOnline offers, your kids will start getting better marks without the slightest doubt.
The processes in which kids moved are perfect for learning, as these processes are gradual and ensure the fact that a student is moving ahead. The student will first view the tutorial and learn about a certain math topic. Then, the student will complete the Interactive Questions or Worksheet. After that, the student will get a one-page Summary and view worked solutions. The last thing, the student will get Marking and Reports through which parents can evaluate the progress of their children.

How does MathsOnline work?

There are a couple of steps that students should follow to get the most out of MathsOnline?

  • View the Tutorial:  each of the 1,400+ MathsOnline tutorials last around 4-9 minutes and the materials that are provided are interesting and stimulating in themselves and will encourage the student, once started, to continue studying.
  • Completing the Interactive Questions or Worksheet: this is to test the understanding of key concepts. MathsOnline has an automatic marking system which then stores the results in each individual student’s ongoing progress report.
  • One Page Summaries: a printable one page summary of each tutorial provides the student with concise and complete notes from the maths tutorial, kind of like a revision.
  • View Worked Solutions: after answers have been submitted, printable fully worked solutions become available showing every step which should be taken to reach the correct answer, just as it should be done in a maths exam.
  • Marking and Reports: This helps parents and students in identifying weaker areas requiring further study. They will find the results stored along with statistical information detailing when they passed, and from these reports, parents can instantly see the areas where their children may need additional help.
