Men’s Wearhouse accepts Perfect Fit Credit Card, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Diners, JCB, and Gift Cards.
How do I return an item?
There are two ways to return an item you have purchased online: Return your purchase at any Men’s Wearhouse store nationwide. To be automatically connected to the Men’s Wearhouse store nearest to you, please call 1-800-776-SUIT (7848).
Go towww.menswearhouse.com/returns and print out a mailing label to their Returns Center. You’ll need your order number to proceed. Please include the return form (located on the packing slip) with your return. Affix the mailing label to your return package. Ensure that the package is free from other tracking labels or addresses. Drop off at your nearest shipping location.

How do I exchange a purchase?
You can exchange a purchase at any Men’s Wearhouse store nationwide. To be automatically connected to the Men’s Wearhouse store nearest to you, please call 1-800-776-SUIT (7848) or click here to view their store locator. Online orders can also be exchanged in-store or via mail, by following the instructions on the back of the packing slip.
What is your store return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days from the original date of purchase (returns after 90 days are eligible to receive in-store credit only). All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt* and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro-rata amount of any Perfect Fit rewards certificates or other savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise.
All refunds require customer name, address, and phone number. Any refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases that could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from their corporate offices. If register funds are unavailable for refunds under $50, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued within 10 (ten) business days. Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management’s sole discretion. For Outlet purchases, all merchandise transactions on or after April 14, 2016, are final and no returns or exchanges will be permitted. Other restrictions may apply to special sales.
