In order to save time, sometimes the shipping carrier doesn’t scan individual packages at the time of pick up. This can cause the tracking number to be slow to update. While they’re not able to see any more information beyond what’s on the tracking number, the shipment status should update the next time the carrier scans the package.

In some cases, the carrier might not scan the package until it’s out for final delivery, which can be between 4-10 business days from when you placed the order.

If you purchased multiple items, they may ship separately so that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

If you don’t receive your complete order within ten business days from the time you placed your order, please contact them.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 10 business days and there are no updates on your tracking number, please contact their customer service team.

They're able to accept returns for purchases made directly on choosemuse.com. If you bought your Muse from one of their retail partners such as Amazon or the app store, reach out to them directly to explore return options as they may have slightly different rules.

All new Muse headbands purchased from Muse or authorized retailers such as Amazon, include a 12-month limited warranty.

If you’re a Canadian customer who purchased a Muse Membership, you’ll receive warranty coverage for as long as you maintain your Membership. Members who are offered and agree to migrate their Membership into their Premium Subscription will maintain their warranty until you cancel your Premium Subscription.
