Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt without prior approval from OWC.
Customers who wish to return merchandise for exchange or refund must first email orders@mycology-supply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number must be located on the shipping label, and NOT on the box or on the product or its internal container.
Missing parts, packaging, instructions, warranty cards, etc., as well as damage or blemishes to merchandise, will result in higher restocking fees. Restocking fees will be determined after inspecting the merchandise. In the case of product replacements or exchanges, the product on RMA must be received before OWC will send a replacement.
