There are currently 4 different types of pearls available in their company and they are south sea pearls, Tahitian pearls, Akoya pearls, and freshwater cultured pearls.
Pacific Pearls takes your privacy seriously to place an order. their software requires that you set up an account which stores your name, home address, email, shipping address, telephone number, and credit card number, your credit card number is only charged when your item(s) ship, your account information will be used only for the purposes of doing business with Pacific Pearls and will never be exchanged with a third party.
If you are not happy with their product, you can return it in the same condition for refund. They will refund you the purchase price, within 30 days of purchase. They will not refund the postage or handling charges on returned goods which are not faulty. There is no extra charge for exchange. You can return them by registered mail together with the receipt.
