As part of the checkout process, any order requires entering a valid email address. They send an order confirmation email immediately following verification of valid payment for your order. Please make sure the billing address entered on their site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. Orders placed that include a back ordered item that is within 5 business days of arrival, your shipment will be held until they receive the item and your order will be shipped in full. If the back ordered item is expected to arrive greater than 5 business days from your order date, the back ordered item will ship separately as soon as they receive it, at NO additional charge to you.
