If you don’t show up at the hotel, you’ll be considered as a no-show and still be charged the entire amount. You will not be entitled to a refund. SetStay.com will not be liable for any charges/penalties imposed by the hotel.
SetStay takes at least 7 to 15 working days to process refunds for bookings canceled online. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account. The payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer at the time of refund (i.e. up to 4% of the total booking value). The rest of the amount will be refunded back to the customer.
SetStay will credit the money back to the same account you used while making the booking. For example, if you used your credit card, SetStay will make an appropriate charge reversal. If you use your debit card, they will credit the money back to the debit card. The payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer at the time of refund (i.e. up to 4% of the total booking value). The rest of the amount will be refunded back to the customer.
