Dispatch

SMAI’s normal dispatch time is 1-2 business days. However, if they experience a sudden surge in orders, then dispatch may be delayed by another couple of days.

Delivery time

SMAI uses Star Track’s express service for sending satchels, loose cartons and pallets. This will take 1-6 days to major cities in Australia, depending on your location.

For larger items or multiple pallets, SMAI uses Main Freight’s Express Service. Please note that this can take 1-2 days longer, depending on your location.

Delivery cost

Shipping is calculated at the cart stage during checkout, taking into calculation the quantity or items ordered, the weight, and the dimensions.

SMAI offers 14-day returns for change of mind or claims against the discrepancies with orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item:

• Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
• Must be in its original packaging
• Must have the receipt or proof of purchase (please enclose in return)

Items not eligible for return:

• Items on sale/clearance/end of the line
• Requests received after 14 days of receiving your order
• Items used or not in original condition and packaging
• Items with no receipt of purchase

Refunds

Once SMAI receive your returned item, they will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure it satisfies their return policy. Once SMAI have deemed your goods have been returned in satisfactory condition, they will process your refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.

Please note, however, your refund may take 1-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank provider. Unfortunately, this processing time is out of SMAI’s control. Any issues following receipt of your refund confirmation email will need to be followed up with your bank provider.
