What is the payment method?
Techbuyer accepts payment by credit cards, debit cards, cheques, bank transfers, and PayPal.
What is the warranty on my IT equipment?
All their products are supplied with a standard Three Year return to base Techbuyer Warranty. If you find a fault with your goods within this timescale, let them know immediately and they’ll either fix the problem or send out a replacement for next-day delivery.
How do I return goods?
You must return the entire contents of the product. For open retail and retail sealed items, this includes the manufacturers’ boxes, cables, manuals, etc. For refurbished and new bulk, ensure the contents are packaged securely. The product must be packaged correctly otherwise it may get damaged on its way back to them and they can’t be liable for this damage. Contact the Returns Team to organize delivery or collection of your goods.
What if I want to return goods that are not faulty but have been opened?
A full refund may be provided which will be decided on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Techbuyer.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you notify them of cancellation before they send the product, then they will refund your account with no extra charge. If they miss your cancellation and still deliver the goods, they will arrange to collect them free of charge. If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you may be charged a restocking fee.
