What are the payment methods The Nile accept?
They accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. They use 100% PCI DSS compliant payment services. That means your payment information is always protected and never gets seen by anyone.
If you select PayPal at the checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the payment. You can log in to your existing PayPal account or create a new one on the spot. You can use existing funds in your PayPal account to make the payment, or use your credit card. {brand| will confirm receipt of your payment within one business day by email.
What about The Nile‘s rfunds?
All refunds are processed by the same method that payment was made. For example, if payment is made by credit card, the refund must be issued to the same credit card.

Orders shipped from Australia - All their items are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, depending on what your item is and where it is going.
Orders shipped from Overseas - Orders shipped from their UK or US warehouses will be sent by airmail delivery. Delivery in Australia will be made by Australia Post.
Some items are shipped from different warehouses and will, therefore, arrive in different packages. Don’t worry! Items arriving separately won’t cost any extra.
Can I track my order?
You sure can. When tracking is available for your order, they will send through the details, so you can track it online via the carrier’s website. The Nile can always help you with delivery problems. Just let them know!
