UMZU ships within countries provided during checkout.
They ship primarily via UPS. Orders with Economy may be delivered by USPS or UPS and will receive a tracking number for both methods. However, if the shipping address is a PO Box, a military address, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands - they ship USPS Priority Mail.
When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company. You can also visit UMZU Tracking page.
Once an order is placed they cannot make edits to either the contents or the shipping address. Please contact help@umzu.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need to cancel the order and replace it since there is a short window when we can cancel an order before it is fulfilled.
Please make sure your address is correct by reviewing the order confirmation that is sent as well as the order thank you page.
A carrier may sometimes mark a package as 'delivered' before it is dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days. If you've not received it by then please email them at help@umzu.com with your order number.
They may limit orders to no more than 3 of a specific product.
If you cancel your subscription after your order has been processed (charged your card), you must reach out to their Customer Care Team to cancel the order too. Cancelling your subscription does not cancel your pending order.
They do not accept returns on books, supplements, personal care, and food items. If it is your first purchase of an item, it may qualify for a money-back guarantee as long as you reach out to their Customer Care team within 60 days of purchase.
Orders that are returned as undeliverable, refused at the point of delivery or otherwise returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund per the policy above less inbound/return shipping fees that they are charged to recover your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received by their warehouse for these to be processed. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.
