Do you deliver to my country?
Westbrook Cycles ships to most major countries worldwide. To check if they deliver to your country, you can add an item to your basket and request a shipping quote on the basket page.
Do you have everything on your website in stock?
Westbrook Cycles don’t always have particular items in stock. Some of their brands are linked in with the manufacturers via an online stock feed meaning it may take a couple of days for it to reach the store. If you need an item urgently or from our retail store, please contact them on 01642 710232 or via their contact page to confirm availability before making your way to the store.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once they have received your items back to their store they aim to process the refund within 48 hours. In busy times this period may be longer. Depending on your payment method issuer it can take up to 10 days for funds to be returned to your account.
How can I return the item?
It’s their aim at Westbrook Cycles to provide a returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days, as long as the item isn’t fitted or used we’re happy to receive it back for a refund.
To return your item(s):
1. Put your unused, labelled item for return back in its the original packaging.
2. Fill in a Returns Form and include this with the item you are returning in a parcel.
3. Send the parcel to the following address: Returns Dept, Westbrook Cycles, 2 Market Place, Stokesley, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, TS9 5DG
4. Westbrook Cycles will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed.
