Do you charge sales tax?
Worldwide Golf Shops and its subsidiaries charge and collect sales tax in accordance with state and local laws. Generally, the tax rate is based on the type of product or service purchased and the location your purchase is shipped, delivered or picked up. Where sales tax is applicable, the order total during the checkout process reflects estimated sales taxes. The final sales tax charged on your order will be displayed in your order confirmation sent via e-mail. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.
How do I place an online order?
Shopping and ordering online is a breeze on their online golf store. Just add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Checkout by filling in the billing and shipping information, then place your order by completing checkout. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the checkout process. That’s all there is to it.
Why has my order been delayed?
Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring, the beginning of golf season. Worldwide Golf Shops will do their best to accommodate last-minute and expedited orders placed during these times. In general, online orders ship within 24 hours upon submittal. Most orders are shipped same day if ordered by 1: 00 p.m. CST. Expedited shipping options are available. Orders must be placed by 1: 00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day’s Standard Overnight and 2Day shipments. If you are specifying expedited shipping requests over the weekend, please note that an order placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Also, expect a longer delivery for personalized orders as they take longer to manufacture.
Can all orders be shipped internationally?
Certain items, such as some Clearance or Sale items, cannot be shipped internationally. If you’d like to double-check whether or not a particular item can be shipped internationally, please contact Worldwide Golf Shops Customer Service by email at [email protected]

What if I receive a damaged item?
Occasionally, a product is damaged while in transit. But don’t worry, Worldwide Golf Shops ensure all packages! It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. Please keep your original packaging slip as you will need it for your return. If there is obvious damage, please do the following:
*Call the shipping company (FedEx) as soon as possible to submit a damage report.
