Hair accessories purchased on their website, not including sale items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Sale items are considered final sales. Scrunchies and hair accessories must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition. Product condition is left to the discretion of Chelsea King Inc. Once received and the product is deemed free of any damage, a refund will be issued for product value only, to the original method of payment used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to five (5) business days to show up following the date they are issued. Shipping charges, import fees and duties are ineligible for refund.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirming it has shipped. Tracking is provided on all orders shipped outside of Canada as well as orders within Canada where the 'Tracked Parcel' shipping option was selected. Tracking is not provided on 'Standard' shipping options within Canada. If your order includes tracking a tracking number or link will be added to your order profile once it has shipped.
