What is the return policy?
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item(s) back to them in its(their) original condition with all labels attached within 14 days of the order date. Items washed or worn will not be refunded or exchanged. On receiving the item(s) from you they will issue a full refund to the card the order was placed with or exchange it for an alternate size/color if you wish. When sending goods back to them it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance and tracking facility. They take no responsibility for goods before they reach them and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost. Returns are not to be brought back to the store to avoid any complications with refunds or exchanges. If you require any more information, please don’t hesitate to contact them.
What happened if product Faulty or wrong items?
For faulty items please do not send the items back to them until you have emailed their customer care department(the email address can be found on the contact them page) stating your order number, daytime contact number, your name, and address and your reason for return. Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days from the dispatch date. Please note all faulty items will be sent back to the manufacturer for a professional inspection, once the manufacturer has verified the fault a repair, exchange or refunds can be issued. Item(s) washed or scented will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
