How can I see when my delivery is arriving?
You can see when your delivery is arriving in your online account or by checking your tracking link, as your box won’t necessarily arrive at exactly the same time every week.
How do I change my first delivery date?
Unfortunately, you are not able to change your first delivery date on the website, because this information is requested in the checkout.
How do I cancel my plan?
If you just want to take a break, you can use the ‘Skip Week’ option in your menu selection to skip weeks. If you’d still like to deactivate your EveryPlate account: Just open the ‘Settings’ in your account, and scroll down to the ‘Account’ section. Click ‘Deactivate your Plan’, let us know why you’re leaving and click on ‘Deactivate Now’. It’s as simple as that! Make sure you cancel by 11:59 PM AEST on Tuesday the week prior to delivery.
