Goldie + Ace accepts major Debit/Credit cards.
Unfortunately, Goldie + Ace is unable to make any amendments to orders once placed. If your order has not been processed by their warehouse they may be able to cancel it for you so you can re-order the correct items, with the exception of sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended. Please email customercare@goldieandace.com with any queries.
Goldie + Ace generally do not repeat styles, so usually once it is gone, it's gone! If you can’t see something online, you can always try one of our amazing stockists. See their stockist page here.

It's important to remember items in a cart or wish list are not reserved. Sometimes their customers are faster than their servers and on rare occasions Goldie + Ace may need to cancel orders if Goldie + Ace finds that stock is not available for you. All orders are subject to availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, they will issue a refund for that item.
Merchandise must be returned within 4 weeks of purchase.
Once your return is received your refund will be processed within certain days.
