How do I return an item?
The returns procedure is on the back of each invoice you receive. Please complete the ‘Returns Form’ on the back of the invoice, detach and return in the original parcel along with the returned goods. Please put the correct postage on returns parcels and they recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting. You can return goods for an exchange or a refund.
You will be refunded the same way you paid for the order. Returns will be refunded as soon as possible upon their return. Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited. Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods.
