How can I find details on optional excursions?
Optional excursions in addition to those included in your itinerary may be available for purchase when in the resort or via our `MyCosmos’ page on our website 48 hours after making your booking. These will normally go on sale approximately 60 days before departure and close 3 days prior to departure.
When will I receive my documentation for travel?
This will be provided by e-mail approximately 28 days before departure. Please ensure you provide them with a valid email address at the time of booking and check your junk email should you not receive the documentation email.
What payment cards can I use for online bookings?
They accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa, and all debit cards.
Why is my contact information collected when I book?
They use either mobile phone or email contact information for emergency purposes in time-sensitive situations so that should the need arise, they can quickly get in touch. This information will not be used for marketing purposes and will be disposed of after your trip.
Can I extend my holiday?
They can be flexible, they offer suggested popular extensions to their tours but please enquire if you cannot see your holiday listed as they may be able to tailor-make this option for you.
Are there any mobile phone restrictions?
Samsung announced a voluntary recall and exchange program on certain Galaxy Note7 smartphones. These phones can overheat and catch fire posing a safety hazard. As the safety of all customers is their top priority, these devices are not allowed on any of their holidays.
