How do I know you received my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. If there are any issues processing your order, Atterley will contact you for more details. Atterley will contact you again to confirm whether your order has been accepted and if it is accepted, when it has been dispatched.
Where’s my order?
You can track your order using your tracking number and the link in your dispatch confirmation email or SMS message. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account to check your order status.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

What if I received faulty/damaged items?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product you can return it to Atterley for a refund. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
As soon as you notice the fault, please contact Atterley by emailing support@atterley.com informing them of your original order number and the nature of the fault. A member of their customer service team will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Where possible Atterley will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or organise a return collection and issue a full refund for the defective item.
