How do I return a product?
They offer 20-day returns. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in a condition to sell again. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as they only accept unworn items in their original condition. Any worn item returned back will be refused unless prior consent has been granted.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
They offer free returns for all UK customers. Please contact them for your free return label. They do not offer free returns for any customer outside the UK. If you are a customer from outside the UK, please return the item back to the following address. They recommend using a tracked signed for service.
Please note that at certain busy times of the year it can take up to 1 week to process returns.
