What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it at any time as long as it’s still in ‘sellable condition.’ This means that the item must be unworn, unwashed and devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears or mysterious smells.
How do I make a return?
I did not get a packing slip, so what do I include with my return? Most of their single item orders don’t include a packing slip to save a little paper and processing time. Luckily, you don’t need it for your return. If you use our Return Label, your order number is printed on the label and that’s all they need. If you ship by your own method, please print out your Order Confirmation Email and include it with your return.
Does Moosejaw have a restocking fee?
No, Moosejaw does not charge you to restock an item. They only charge for the use of our return label when returning an item.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Gift Cards, food items, load-bearing climbing equipment, like harnesses, carabiners, or pretty much anything that you would use when climbing, are final sale and cannot be returned. Any final sale item will be denoted as such on the product page under ‘Product Specifications’. There will be a disclaimer under that section that says “All climbing equipment is final sale.”
